Identity
If all things and experiences [& even people] are a form of thought then all concepts can be understood as objects in space. Space, for these purposes, is a facility for form - and time is a conveyance for the awareness of change. From this perspective all experiences can be known as thoughts pushed out from the universal substance - via vortices - into the phenomenal world. Pure awareness, then, is seamlessly 'covered' by the tapestry of thoughts making up our experiences in the phenomenal world.
The good news about mental constructs, especially suffering ones, is that they belong to Consciousness, therefore to all of us. How can this be good news? Because as the conscious creations that we are we give birth to ideas daily, whether they are new for us or not. If they are unhappy versions we know that such considerations can always be replaced with something more blissful.
Why do some thoughts behave like recurring nightmares? For the same reason that a friend who lives by the ocean wakes up everyday and sees sand and infinite water a few feet away from his back porch: He gets out of bed, makes the morning coffee or tea and opens a sliding glass door. This door leads to a deck, which leads to his favorite chair. And there lies the ocean before him. It is not good or bad. It is just there and he happens to find it beautiful. But if he did not find it so, if he did not like this view of the water he might make new decisions. And even if it appeared to require the facility of time, he could take helpful steps and eventually, or perhaps instantly, change the scenery he wakes up to every day.
But what if it appeared that someone else had picked out this home for our friend, that he had no choice but to live there - and that he really did not like it from the start? This would be the result of present-time thoughts masquerading as concepts rooted in the past. This would include all thoughts [pushed out as reality] of evidence & witnesses that give support to these same experiences.
Once we begin to understand more effectively the nature of ideas we can next consider further who and what we really are and what we are not. The same is true of all experiences and material things of the world. Releasing conditions in our lives we deem unfavorable becomes easier once the actual nature of the appearance of the world is revealed. It also becomes easier to glean why everything is possible, even if the face of apparent scarcity or even previously perceived impossibility.
Nisargadatta reminds us in simple yet powerful fashion how and why we are not our thoughts. And most of all, why we are not the mind. His non-dualistic approach to sharing wisdom regarding the concepts of identity and the human being is direct and psychologically economical. It focuses on the cutting away of excessive mental constructs so that any person interested in relief from suffering may realize practical cut-to-the-chase inner tools that can help. Byron Katie offers the same message via a practice called The Work.

Where Do Thoughts Come From?
Do human beings have original thoughts sourced only from the individuated mind? Does the mind exists inside the brain? What are the most liberating answers you have found to these questions?
We are invited to consider the Australian Aboriginal story of how life began in the idea of The Dreamtime - where at least 2 streams of reality exist: one, the objective experience and activity and another in back of it which is the infinite, cyclical template informing the nature of all aspects of life.
There are other versions of this story throughout the globe. But many say it is not a just a story at all - but rather that it's really a shared memory of all peoples living on the planet, of which, many interpretations exist.
If the Dimensionally Larger Inner World projects light shadows outwardly, materializing our external world, what comes before that? Possibly many things. Including that thoughts may not belong only to the individual. This has nothing to do with mind-control - but instead could be something holographic or fractal-like in consciousness and nature. If we believe in infinities then even the most timeless aspect of existence lives 'somewhere' in the field of all that is, experiencing its own being-ness as a seed and, simultaneously as mature in form. Even if this somewhere is, ultimately, non-local. If whatever or whoever initiated all of existence is some form of consciousness, experiencing every human being, every world and all things in all the universes as a dream then we can imagine that every single one of us is born to dream as well. And [among other reasons] to help in the telling of the eternal story of the creation.
We might actually live and move as 'wrinkles' of consciousness in the infinite, multidimensional Mind of an unfathomable being - a larger Self which we ourselves are made in the image of regarding how we function and how our experiences come to be. Mind [the larger or M-Mind] may be a key to understanding our own hidden nature. Understanding its boundless aspects, specialized in the form of an individuated human m-mind or micromind in its various permutations.
Try saying the following, out loud or silently]:
You Are being: your-self
He Is being: him-self
She Is being: her-self
I AM being: my-self
I AM being: your-self
I AM being: him-self
I AM being: her-self
"Being" is both a noun and a verb. Therefore, even as a concept by itself it is already multi-di-mensional.
Within this paradigm imagination becomes the fuel. Everything we see, feel and experience is our thoughts pushed out into tangible existence. Whether or not they stem from mental blueprints that we are aware of. The universe is our body. Originating from a source that came from before the very first expression outward - of which we are in integral aspect, the all being in the all.
Thoughts - all thoughts - can be conceptualized as objects in space. Whether represented literally or symbolically. Infinite patterns - infinite, narrow, electro-magnetic streams of imagination streak past us above our heads, next to us or wherever and however you sense them to be. But no matter their form they are eternally available, occupying the conveyance of space [allowing for form] and the facility of time [allowing for change] whenever they are experienced by anyone who is tuned in.
We can become aware of anything in imagination becoming real by being aware of it, recalling it, considering it or experiencing it [even if it's 'only' on the television news.] Remembering even one link in the chain of how our thoughts are born before we become aware them can help to eliminate the human condition of self-condemnation. Because if these our our thoughts then there is no one to blame and we can handle any disorder that may show up in our lives or in society with more wisdom. Leading to a more effective, practical means of management.
If you fall asleep and dream something unpleasant do you criticize yourself? If so how long do you hold on to judgement once you wake up into daytime? If the answer is, "not for long," then treat the waking dream as you do the night-sleep dreams. Even if they appear to have crystallized into a reality. If something considered in your m-mind or experienced in your life is troubling release it, like a slippery fish, back into the pool of infinite thoughts streaming. As the memory of it fades or as your perspective shifts to a previously unremembered angle the weight of the world lifts.
If life, seen from our unique, individuated perspective, casts light shadows [thoughts pushed out] that make up our experiences then imagination can help us to change anything material. Thoughts, like furniture, can be replaced! It might require practice but it can become a delightful habit. Reorder the mind with new images and we skip frequencies, sliding sideways into whole new worlds. This means literally reconfiguring our vision: what we feel, see and experience. As we remember to remember the new-thing, it becomes a present-memory. We then tune into a whole new version of life. The implications are unlimited. Perhaps schools for both children and adults will look very different to us in the future. Maybe mental facilities, drug rehabilitation programs and hospitals as well as prisons [and even politics!] will also be very different. Beyond that the model of life could be so changed that it would seem like paradise-on-earth.

Meta-Spiritual Tug O' War
If the dreamer knows they are dreaming - and in light of this epiphany - why would it remain possible at all for the dreamscape to loom painfully large instead of being navigated effortlessly in ways the dreamer prefers?
Some who viewed The Secret DVD [an introduction to Universal laws] or immersed themselves in other related resources experienced that certain desired changes came quite easily. Others seemed to struggle, continuing to try and understand where things may have gone 'wrong' in the attempt to reorder their lives.
There could be a million reasons why certain individuals would easily pick up and run with these teachings and why others would appear not to. Including but not limited to the possibility that each of us is born with unique forms of intelligence we may not yet have fully cultivated. Or that every single one of us is only, once again, dreaming what we perceive to be these differences. And that one of the ways to free ourselves is to know that the awareness of this lucidity can serve as tool. One for deconstructing the metaphors of experience in a fashion that has the potential to answer and resolve every question we have about ourselves.
Where the rubber may meet the road is when we've come to believe we finally have enough data under out belt to apply gleaned wisdom in a practical manner. This, perhaps, via books, workshops, videos, meditations. We may even have encountered spontaneous & real, in world opportunities to practice our new skills in ways that have seemed quite successful.
But then something happens: a primary relationship is feeling painful, a job is lost or maybe one we hoped for did not come through. Perhaps that experience of family was less than stellar or an application for college was denied - a friend might have betrayed our trust or our child that we love so much rejected us. We then look up and the sky appears to be falling....fast. What happened to all of that new-found wisdom? What about that great day we had yesterday when the call we were waiting for happened and the neighbor who had, historically, been so difficult suddenly showed up with vegetables from their garden and a genuine smile? Are we back to square one? Do we have to begin policing our thoughts after all?
The answer to those last two questions can be, "No."
Because when the uncertain-self [a.k.a., the ego] attempts to solicit our psychological services there are actions we can take, including internal ones, that can help this part of our being be in service to our spirit-personality and our soul instead of the other way around. In this way we can meet self-condemnation, often reflected back to us outwardly, at its root and re-route the power source towards loftier pursuits. This can also help us to remember that light shadows are telling us that whatever good or beauty we see is true about self. Whatever dark shadows we see in life are are the opposite of lovely truths about ourselves - but we've only temporarily forgotten them.
No need to struggle in the intention. No need to attempt the crazy-making task of trying to know our every mental blueprint no matter how deeply it might be buried in our sub-conscious awareness. And there is also no requirement to, with or without great effort, 'ascend into higher consciousness.' All we do need is to make use of something many of us have taken for granted. Something we may even have been taught is of no value to us outside of random free leisure time. Children have often been scolded for making use of this frequently overlooked and underestimated power that each of us has within us. In unlimited amounts it exists everywhere and nowhere all at the same time. What is this incredible and supreme master key?
It is the Power of Imagination.
Imagination is one way for us to invite the source of life to meet us wherever we may be.
Every video, book, workshop and seminar - every single thing we are invited to make use of in the activity of reordering our lives makes use of this inexhaustible & super-temporal source of infinite wishes come true.
Neville Goddard, Thomas Troward [quotes], Genevieve Behrend and many others remind us that our Imagination is our fortune. However we may decide to make use of it in our activities of creation [tuning in to the version of life we prefer].
No matter what system or paradigm 'language' we apply, if we choose to know it is real enough to work it has no choice but to do so. Because, like all things formed [tangible or not], every paradigm is a conscious creation, wants to live and may be a part of what Rupert Sheldrake describes as a "morphic field," which he tells us, "...work by imposing patterns..." and "...are evolving structures that, "...underlie our mental activity and our perceptions and leads to a new theory of vision..."
Melizza Zollo, in the tradition of Neville, shares that even if we have observed ourselves struggling in our efforts to make new lives for ourselves the solution to each and every problem we have known is ultimately simple. And that resolution can be known and experienced via our commitment to a brand new conscious mental blueprint. One that represents the actualization we prefer. We can also make use of this as an adjunct to other forms of physical or mental health care if needed.
Outcomes we desire can be accomplished in the imagining of a simple activity, experience or image that would already be true were our new life already real. We tune in to a 'picture' that has meaning for us. It could be something we cut out of a magazine or a representation we drew or painted ourselves.
This is key: nurturing a relationship with our chosen imagined 'object of attention' by remembering it as a "present memory." No matter what our external senses many be telling us. Because it is in the dimensionally larger inner world where all versions of things, people ideas, feelings and all experiences are first born. This is where, in fact, they are already true right now. From there they project outwardly, then materialize in our external 3-D world. To know a reality stream is real we only need resonate, by focused imagination, to whatever it is we are wanting. External action without an internal frequency shift yields no truly lasting changes. Internal action without corresponding external activity has moved mountains -these may appear to be miracles. Inspired external activity can lead to the most amazing materializations.
Space is a means for form and time a conveyance for change. Therefore a frequency locale exists for ever possible condition or event imaginable. As Neville Goddard and Melissa Zollo help us to remember: a reality or state of consciousness is like a city where each of s comes and goes as we please. The city cares not whether it is inhabitated and by whom and yet continues to exists without opinions or judgements.
One way to a destination or event is through another one. Winston Churchill advised, "If you're going through hell, keep going." Never let go a dream - remember somewhere it is already true.

Removing Our Awareness From The Time Line
If we consider the potential of this supposition of thought it may be true that removing our awareness from the time line can instantly remove problems. Why would this be so? Because if we look at what worries or concerns us it's almost always obvious how much of what we deem as 'a problem' we are placing outside of the Now moment [the only moment that is]. Painful memories appear to reach out for us from the past [the past-Now]. Or we are resigned to what is perceived as the power of a future event [the future-Now] which we fear or believe is inevitable.
This enters into the territory of The Law of Polarity. This is the interpretation of a universal function that invites us to make practical use of an awareness. One that reveals, among other things that, should we want to have or replace a certain experience we can indeed move into it. This, by shifting and decreasing awareness from where we do not wish to be [ internally or externally] to perceiving where we would like to find ourselves. We can replace undesired aspects of being with something we consciously choose by [for the purposes of a specific intention] moving into emotional-mental neutrality. Or by moving into the imaging/imagining of what it is we prefer. These two practices can also be combined. First by cultivating neutrality in mind and heart - and then, once there, moving into the positive or rather the polarity representing what it is we are wanting. There are techniques that can aid us in this work which will be discussed in a future posting.
But one way we can start is by 'getting still' with our own presence. Meaning, while breathing normally, comfortably and easily, sit or lie down and become as still as you can [except for the breathing] for 5 minutes. Do this, in a relaxed manner, for a week and you may find yourself wanting to add more time to this practice. It is one way we can help transport ourselves into a vibrational frequency that is sympathetic to the change we are wanting to know. This can contribute greatly to the start of removing our experiences from the time line. Because with an increased frequency signature comes a natural arising of the replacement of the old with the new [or reconfigured]. Sometimes in ways that appear to be miraculous - or in other words: in a fashion that has nothing to do with time and/or a linear or logical progression.
How can this be received as "instant?" It may first be experienced as a new feeling and/or the flow of thoughts that correspond to the intention we put forth. Sometimes it may present as a new staging that materializes quite quickly. A helpful point to remember may be that time is the Now stretched out in our awareness within the infinite construct of Mind. Anything we intend materializes instantly as a state of awareness somewhere in Consciousness. And we can move to it, this new state, similarly in mental concept to how we may move from The United States to Italy. We are capable of this via the recognition of a 'real' and 'true' experience by various means. Including but not limited to the inner action of ignoring what our senses many be telling us about the old or non-preferred state. And then remembering, in present time, that which we prefer. We can practice this exercise in any non-emergency situation for a few minutes or longer [in an emergency we will take the path of least resistance to remove ourselves]. Whatever feels right to us at the time.
The only thing between what we perceive as the division of us from our dreams is our beliefs and activity within the projection of time. Imagine removing this sheath of time [which many of us have believed is closer than our breath] and what does that feel like?

Waiting For The Experience of Perfection.
Whatever you do, don't wait for life to seem perfect before following your bliss. There may be times that feel uninspired and that can make things difficult. However, even if we take only one or two baby steps in the direction of our dreams the uncertain-self will have much less control of our actions and choices. Eventually it will give up trying to run things and we are then that much closer to a more heavenly experience of life on the earth.
We have discussed concepts of time in Natural Time & The Nature Of Reality and other posts. Where we consider that we may discover new realities when choosing to redefine what time is. If all experiences - current and probable ones included - always occur in the Now & in all ways then ultimately the 'when' of our choosing to take an action or make a new decision does not have to be linear in logic. This doesn't mean to ignore intuition or to spend all the money you are aware of having on shoes when the gas bill is due. But what it does mean is that even when there's no end to suffering in obvious sight we can still do what may appear to be a very small thing which can lead to the ease of a next step and/or result in great change for the better.
We might take up a new meta-spiritual practice or begin reading a new book. When we do that it's possible that even after only a few sentences or days of practicing a new technique that there would be enough of a code key activation to experience a whole new reality of being.

Natural Time & The Nature Of Reality
What is natural time?
I see it as perceiving time for what it really may be, at least in part, as there is always more to discover.
Commonly, we either appreciate time [the stretched out version of it] or we don't depending on the circumstance. But what if time was, in truth, really one of the best friends we could ever have in 3-D reality? What if time was a sort of gift that insured we remained aware of what it is we are creating in our experience so that we would always have the psychological room to be proficient at making conscious changes in our lives?
We have talked about the Now or the eternal Always in the 03.01.08 post, The Secret of Time.
And what else about time would be helpful to know. Probably a lot. Let's continue this thought stream with the following and see how it feels:
In the book, "The Holy Science," Sri Yukteswar gives us a refreshing view of the nature of intervals and ages. He offers to us a treatise on cycles that can not only assist us in being more present - but which also can help us to intend manifestations with more certainty, clarity and trust in the Divine.
He shares with us that vibration [resonance of thoughts, emotions and other tools of creation] introduces the idea of change which is time. Seen in this way we can be relieved of the burden of defining time in any kind of disempowering fashion. If change is time and the physical world is just another (albeit possibly more 'dense') layer of the mental dimensions then we can know it's true that all we ask for is already ours instantly. And all that is happening is that the receiving of [completely knowing] our new materializations is only sometimes slowed by the filters of our awareness. As if we were wearing tinted eye glasses that don't allow us to see colors in all of their fullness - or as if we're watching the movie of our lives in slow motion. All of the data is there, we just haven't yet experienced it in it's entirety.
Everything that has existed, does exist and will exist is already so in the Always. Including all of these same coordinate points of reality in all of their infinitely possible permutations. This is also true of every thing that could be real.
It's all happening right now. What we experience, as individuated, multi-dimensional, awarenesses-of-being has everything to do with what frequencies of experiences we are matching along the stream of psychological time - which in a large sense is subjective.
To simplify this idea, using a planet as a starting model: imagine that concepts of reality [dreams, ideas, wishes, relationships, ice cream flavors, emotions...] are each like many topographically mapped islands covering nearly the whole of the planet, your own personal planet of what-is-real. Which hovers in the dimension of Always. Give the islands the same color or family of colors, if that helps to see them more clearly. I often like to use autumn hues, which I find quite soothing - variegations of earth toned browns, tans, yellows, reds and oranges. You can give each island a single color if you'd like. Or dapple each of them with more than one.
Every individual, roughly-concentric islands of contour lines, from higher to lower elevation, represents a probable conceptual point in existence. The ones that fall away from our awareness [that are flat or dip below sea level ] do not exist for us - or at least do not affect us even if we know about them. The islands that rise towards us, reaching mightily for our attention, result in our reality. Sometimes these actualizations are shared with others and sometimes they are not.
All probabilities exist Now, in natural [awareness of the nature of] time which may be a happier circumstance than feeling we are only at the mercy of time. The flattened islands are essentially invisible to us while the elevated ones are wheat we see, feel and experience. But every island is quite real to the tourist.
A practice that can help bring in our preferred materializations is to assign a desire to an imagined topographical isle. Things we want to materialize can be seen, in that form, as rising towards us, remaining high and balanced in a fixed position. Anything we wish to have dematerialize we can imagine as a topographical island that remains flat or sinks well below sea level. Practice this technique as often as it feels right to you [one or a few desires at a time] in order to feel they have imprinted upon you in a way you'd like.

Retrocausality
[aka RetroPsychoKinesis {PK} or Retroactive-Prayer]
The potential power of our thoughts is an astounding consideration - and it seems we have not even scratched the surface.
What if the present or the future, at your conscious command, could influence your past? What if, collectively, a community of like minded people could make use of this same modality for changing events and outcomes for the betterment of society at large? Would this cause a preferred present time and/or future experience to happen? Is it possible that a path taken, such as this one, could influence our vibrational frequency - as individuals or even a whole world?
Deep questions with some very interesting responses from science and physics today. Researchers such as Dr. Fred Alan Wolf & Stephen Hawking with his "top down" theory are attempting to help answer some of the more persistent questions about space-time & quantum fields of study. But perhaps one reality stream did not come to dominate the universe as Hawking suggests. Maybe the allowance of multiple realities as is offered in string theory and the "top down" school of thought are both playing their parts in the arc of a greater truth. An integration of concepts instead of just one idea - not even these two only - being a key to the ultimate truth about a theory of everything.
Studies involving praying for medical patients in the past suggest prognoses and number of days of a hospital stay could very well be influenced by intentions set in present time [future] by people the patients never even met.
All of this is grist for considering the use of retrocausality as a tool for reconfiguring our dominant frequency.
There are many techniques available right now that can help us tune into a vibrational reality we desire or prefer. This could be yet another simply executed but powerful practice to help bring the laws of creation into our everyday use. Neville Goddard, in his own teachings, called this process The Pruning Shears of Revision.
More food for thought: what if the space-time continuum moves not just forward or backward but forward and backward simultaneously? Or it might, instead be entirely spherical [from within and without and in all directions]. So much so that all potentials for the experiences of an individual and also any collective reality could be considered infinite from this perspective. The law of frequency and vibration might very well be rooted in such a model for our level of understanding - as is similarly suggested in the holographic theory of all that is.
How's your brain doing? Might it be spinning?

Following The Trail of Bliss (Even if we have no idea how it will lead us home)
In the movie, "The Secret," Jack Canfield all but promises us that the practice of taking even just a few steps in the direction we are wanting to go will make a difference in our lives. Even if we are moving only a few hundred feet at a time towards our targeted reality stream. This is great wisdom.
We might not take giants steps in every moment. But if we are traveling just a few yards each day, eventually, we will get to where we are wanting to be. No matter the style of car we are driving, how many stops we make or how many bumps appear to be in the road. Why is this not a problem? Because time is not linear and what we are observing can change in a nanosecond - even sometimes occurring in such a way that it seems we are emerging into our new reality much 'earlier' than we ever imagined was possible. So no matter what the terrain looks like outside [to ourselves or others], if we have our headlights pointed in a specified direction the world has no choice but to bring us to our destination. As we roll towards the dream, accompanied by our intention and inspired actions, it comes to us - it must - because not only are we the awareness-of-being manifesting as the human being that we are - but we are also, at the same time, manifesting as the world we observe and experience ourselves living in. And all of this is only a diminutive sampling of who and what we are really becoming.

Peering Into A New World
Why has it been said that the consciousness/imagining of something is the same as actually having it?
I believe this is rooted in the awareness certain teachers had of probable realities. Somewhere in the field our desire is already true. And what we want is to merge with it vibrationally.
Will 'having it' make a difference? Some teachers say that because it is the same as imagining it the answer is, no. This response may be incomplete in that things manifested can be touched and felt in the heart and/or physically as fresh and joyful in a new way. And if you manifest a brand new car, for instance, it is okay to acknowledge that now you can drive it, feel it, smell it or show it to a friend.
The imagining of it can be likened to seeing a picture of your new world, your new reality through a window. Having it in the physical 3-D world can be seen as it being with you in the same room.
How does this work?
The substance of the universe, the fabric of the field is much like a multidimensional canvas. This canvas is neutral, like a void, and requires input or data - like a computer - in order for anything to be manifested within the folds of its elegance. This data comes from Source and then by extension also through us.
Thoughts and intention are reflected back to us on this canvas. Light reflecting light into eternity. Think of suns: are they stars or portals? How many different kinds of sight do the various physical beings of earth have? Humans, snakes, spiders, birds, an octopus....3-D, 2-D. Two eyes, one eye, six or eight? Which spectrums of light do we or the animals observe? So many ways to experience and see.
When we are physically observing something photons, particles of light, move [or are detected] from the object we are focusing on to our eyes and through the lenses. From there the data is collected via the retinas and the electrical signals move along neurons to the brain center responsible for the experience of vision. When we are seeing a thing we are experiencing not a translation of a static material object but rather the effect of our interpretation of light. We can observe the brightest day in the most beautiful place and it is the result of our own interpretation of the photons around us via our brains, the interface of Mind in our physical plane.

The Secret Of Time
The Now, Always, The EverNow. Even Eckhart Tolle discusses this concept in his lauded literary work, "The Power of Now."
What is the secret? Are these just words above? New-age community concepts fueled by ego-driven madness? Spiritual arrogance? Possibly not.
Intention-Manifestation teachings, The Law Of Attraction and all of their 'conceptual cousins' teach that the secret of time is our friend. Last century visionary, Neville Goddard, taught that even the past can be re-ordered, re-created better, more lovingly so that we may heal our present time life experience. But how it this possible? What is the basis for this seemingly totally wild notion?
Each person, each thing, formed and unformed is a point of consciousness. A point of awareness of [greater] Mind. Awareness of Being something formed or not formed, conceived or not conceived, pure potentiality. Couple this with the model of the Holographic Universe (or multi-verse) and we may have a powerful combination.
Time may be a tool that allows us to experience thought/physical feeling/emotion & vibrational resonance and the resultant creation/manifestation. If we really are gods-in-training, as Dr. Albert Taylor suggests, then this might make sense.
If time is only a tool then it could be a limited model for the way things occur in life, in part anyway. The secret of now may be able to raise us up and away from these constraints so that we may have a more accurate glimpse of how 'reality' might be actualized.
If the EverNow is all there is and thought is the basis of reality then all that has been, is and will be in all of its potentially infinite permutations already exists. No past, no future, just Now. The power of Now. And if we can be aware of this then all things that already exists are available to us via our focused thought and/or feeling and/or vibration, if we are experiencing a reality we do not prefer. All of the same law of attraction tools that we use to change our present-time experiences can be applied to the past or the future. Same tools, different 'time focus.' Though many teachers, like Goddard, have offered us free tools with a specialized focus . But even these actions always occur in the Now because no matter what pain we have experienced in the past or what our hopes are for the future [or our present] all of this is accessible to us now. Everything we need or desire, for whatever purpose we put forth into Creation, exists for us in the only moment and point of consciousness there is: The EverNow, The Always. And is really only happening Now.

Attention & Creation
How do we create consciously that which we desire if we experience distractions? If a life situation seems to loom overhead like a relentless specter? One way is to remember that no matter what is going on in your personal world, you are worthy. That your worthiness is built into you already - infinitely now and eternally. So your default setting, as it were, is that of being worthy. And this, in a way, might actually be a misstatement because there is no other mode to be in or compare it to in this aspect of life. In other words, your worthiness is unconditional, like True Love.
Now even if you don't believe this yet you can act as if you do! Even in small ways, even in large ways.
What is it that you desire? Okay! So do one or two things each day to remind yourself that what you wish for is already yours. Whether it is a thing, a condition or an experience it literally already exists in another stream or version of your life. Like a radio signal it only requires that we tune into it vibrationally in order to realize the resulting experience, in order to shift our awareness-of-being.
Tune in vibrationally? How? By thinking about it, imagining the smell and/or feel of it, going places locally or further away that remind you of it, hang out with people that already have it, making a vision board/collage of things that remind you of your creation......Whatever works to bring you into repeated awareness of what it is that you want.
There are some things we appreciate that we are already good at experiencing. So good at it, in fact, that our subconscious (or maybe some other part of ourselves we will learn more about) runs these programs for us. But for the things we wish were different and/or are aware of wanting that appear to be missing we can put our intention into quiet or active action so that we can bring them into fruition. Decide what it is that you do want and begin your creation from there.

Cavorting With Symbols
There are an infinite number of ways and means to actively and/or deliberately create our desires. In order to see them evidenced in our 3-D world. Included among them is a simple but always potentially powerful method: using symbols.
Think of any desire that you have, anything you wish to deliberately create in your life experience. Once you have done this imagine any symbol that feels easy and good to you that represents your wish. Whether that wish is a thing, an experience, a feeling....
Your symbol can be something that literally exists or something abstract that you have seen, in life, in magazine or movie. Or something you have imagined. You may want to choose something that is not often seen (by you and/or others) just to keep it interesting. And whatever mark you decide to make use of, it can relate to your wish in an obvious way - but it does not have to.
As you commit to this symbol, giving it personal meaning, it begins to resonate with the same vibration as your deliberate creation. Every time you think of it, every time you see it, it is not only a reminder of what is is that you are intending - but it is also a message that you are only a fraction of a millimeter, vibrationally, away from it being evidenced in your reality.
You may see this initial symbol only once, as Steve Pavlina mentions in his article about manifesting and alpha- reflections. He writes about his own experience of symbolic messages [that he doesn't necessarily choose, in this case] showing up in the form of a "noticeable synchronicity." Or you may see them, whatever they are, a few or many times before you experience your preferred reality.
You can combine playing with symbols with any other manifestation tools that feel in line with your intentions.
Of primary importance is that whatever you choose, it is a symbol that you like and can make use of, in your own mind and heart, with ease.
Some people have asked whether or not it is important to remain private about setting intentions as well as the methods used. If you are feeling uncertain about sharing your desires with others you may want to first ask yourself what it is you want to 'get' from telling others? Then, if you find an answer, why do you want to or feel the need to receive whatever that particular thing is from them?
Choosing to share your desires (or not) is always a personal decision. If you believe those you want to tell are like minded or that they can in an honest and pure way assist you in you goals then those may be points to consider. Many deliberate creators choose to keep their creative processes wholly private. Perhaps sharing them once the manifestation is evidenced. Beyond this you can weigh the pros and cons for yourself with each objective you commit to. This can help to insure that whatever your decision, it is the right path for you at that time.

Thought, Feeling & Emotion vs. Action
Are their mixed messages about the level of importance taking action has when we are consciously intending a new experience? Maybe not. Maybe there are just many unique people walking their own path in an infinite number of ways, via the platform of their own inspiration.
In "Autobiography of a Yogi", by Paramhansa Yogananda, miracles occur - which could very well obliterate any believer's attachment to the idea that anything more than cursory action [i.e., simply being aware of intention] is required in order to consciously manifest anything. For someone who has committed to the experience of creating miracles at will long, drawn out practices or stepped mental exercises might be child's play, a waste of time even, if wasting time was actually possible.
It also seems evident that not all consistent, conscious manifesters are yogis or full time renunciates. Some people have made use of stepping stones to get to this place in their awareness and abilities and others just seem to be lucky - all the time lucky.
This suggests that the answer to whether or not action is important is:
it depends...
perhaps on [including but never limited to]:
choices, beliefs, experience & the relationship with one's awareness of being - before that being-ness is qualified by any external qualities that could be named or identified.

The Law of Detachment. What the....?
Mention the word detachment in any kind of spiritual or metaphysical sense and for many, images of monks, Eastern renunciates, or too cool for school new-agers come to mind. So what does this word detachment really mean?
In terms of the law-of-attraction it means freedom from all concerns and it can actually offer hope. And more than hope it is the reminder of a promise that everything you've ever desired is already so. It's already yours. How could this be true?
The construction of your world, your universe and the universe at large may be different that you've been trained to believe. The awareness of a possibly more accurate understanding of the nature of reality and how it manifests may very well explain why detachment is logical - and why it may be in our best interest to practice detachment whenever possible.
The Holographic Universe
In the early 1980's physicist Alain Aspect discovered that at times, subatomic particles could communicate with each other instantaneously, no matter their distance apart. This flew in the face of Einstein's theory that nothing can move or do anything faster than the speed of light.
Because of Aspect's findings, another physicist, David Bohm, asserted that though much in reality appeared to be solid, it may not be. And that there may be no such thing as objective reality. Objective reality - meaning that which maintains a state of truth whether one believes it or not. If we believe that each of us is a separate individual and that everything in existence also maintains a separateness from all other things we are then believing in an objective reality.
So why would Bohm say this? Because, first, he understood the basic nature of a simple hologram.
A man-made hologram is a 3-dimensional photograph created with the aid of a laser. If we wanted to make a hologram of a strawberry it would first be flooded in the beam of laser light #1. Then the light of laser beam # 2 is bounced off of the reflected light of laser beam # 1. This results in an interference pattern (think, of dropping two identical pebbles in a pond and imagine where their concentric water circles meet midway) and this interference pattern is what is photographed.
At this stage the film may not look like much. But as soon as soon as another laser beam is passed through it a 3-dimensional image of the strawberry becomes evident. If the film is cut in half and a laser passed through it again, an image of the original strawberry, in 3-D will still appear. Cut these pieces in half and they will continue, with the aid of a laser beam, to present a smaller but intact 3-dimensional images of the original strawberry. This is the difference between a common photograph and a holographic one. The hologram contains all the information of the whole within all of it's parts.
David Bohm believed that subatomic particles were not mysteriously communicating, even at what appeared to be great distances. But rather that no matter what it looked like, they were not really separate at all. That their separateness was in actuality some great illusion. That no subatomic particle (of which all things and humans are made) is individual, existing on its own - but rather is a part of or expansion of something much larger. And that the only reason we are unable to see or understand this easily is because of our 'position' or perspective related the the whole or greater something.
Reality, may in fact, be some kind of super or meta-hologram. If this is true our universe could very well contain some very surprising qualities. Even the notions of location, time and space would have to be reconsidered. As well as the infiniteness of all possibilities of reality. Past, future and in the Now. Which would all, ultimately be the same moment - both as 'realities' and 'potentials.'
If our meta-universe is a multidimensional, multi-frequency grid which has brought forth everything in existence that ever has been, or or ever will be it could be seen or experienced as Infinite Be-ing.
If we, as human-beings are in relationship with the Infinite Be-ing of All That Is how could we consciously interact with it?
Answer: via our thoughts.
And so this brings us back to the law-of-attraction and detachment.
Considering the model of the holographic universe as infinite, and that Mind is how we interact with it, it then being within us projecting 'outward,' then everything we could ever want already exists. Not as a spiritual cliche, but literally. All potential versions of your experience/experiences other than the one you are currently experiencing already exist. So how do we experience what we do want if we're not enjoying what we see? Via our vibrational frequency. Because it's not about where or when it exists but rather on which vibrational frequency it lives, so to say. We literally have to line up our frequency with that which we want to deliberately create and we will resonate or oscillate into the experience. Like fine tuning the dial to a particular radio station. And knowing that what you want already exists for you, whether it is a condition, an experience or thing, does it make much sense to still be in a wanting place when you now know it is already so? It's kind of like knowing that you are in Rome and your favorite car is in London. How do you then receive it? What are the things you need to do to experience being in London so you can easily retrieve you car? This favorite car you already own? Likely you won't stress about not having the car. Because you know it's already yours. So all you have to do is get into alignment, be in alignment with being in London, in your car .
We can relieve ourselves of the wanting and just focus on the having by aligning ourselves with anything that matches the vibration of it for us in thought, feeling and/or emotion. Or also, inspired action. And any law of attraction exercises or practices that do this for you are exactly the 'right' ones.

Everything is as it should be....Everything is right....Everything happens for a reason....
Some people have asked how each of these statements could be true without contradicting each other. But do they contradict each other?
Words, once written or published as gospel, exist with the possibility of becoming fixed, frozen in time. No longer malleable.
What if each person, upon hearing these words agreed on their definitions in part but not in their entirety. Confusion and disagreements could certainly ensue.
The universe works in some ways that are still quite mysterious and some ways that are known. And each of the statements above are very much in alignment with at least one known law: the law-of-attraction.
Let's address them one at a time.
Everything is as it should be:
As the underlying mechanisms and laws of universe are working, our human input and/or interactions within the universe are existing within this context. The universal machine is working perfectly, without judgement or bias. Like a perfect computer - data in (our input) = results out.
So whether or not we are feeling an appreciation for what we are experiencing in life, everything is working perfectly, the universal computer is on task. And therefore everything is at is should be when we are looking at our conditions, experiences and outcomes. It is up to us to work with the machine more consciously, if we want a shift in our reality, so that we may work with it in ways that result in joyous be-ing, in a joyous life.
Everything is right:
Everything is right does not necessarily mean that everything is good or wonderful or fair in any kind of obvious way. It simply means, in terms of the
law-of-attraction, that everything is reflected perfectly back from the source of a thought or belief (humans) out into reality.
Imagine standing inside a very immense tapestry-like, cloth-sphere - but all around you is a super large, blank canvas, surrounding you in every direction. This is a magic canvas because every thought you have, every belief - whether it is conscious or subconscious - it projected onto that canvas, creating a 3-dimensional, moving tapestry that is becomes life. Everything is then right, balanced in the way that our thoughts are balanced as reflections demonstrated as a life drama.
Everything happens for a reason:
In this case "reason" just means "cause." Everything happens as the result of a first cause - a thought, belief or intention. In this way there is always a reason. But it is not about judgment or punishment from 'out there' or an ego-plagued, all mysterious, wrathful god. But rather the vibration or frequency [the inter-weaving of all of these] which materializes as an 'individuated' consciousness - the reality of which is determined by its own dominant mental blueprints. This is what creates or designs a subjective reality. One that may even sometimes appear to culminate in destiny.

The Secret Is The Law Of Frequency & Vibration
What is this Universal Law?
It is just one of the universal principles that informs the governing all things and all realities - locally and multidimensionally, individually and infinitely. It is one of the universal laws that contributes to the cause of all experiences in our personal worlds and beyond.
You can know that thought and time and space are connected in a way that may inspire you to consider a whole new paradigm for living. Why? Because you can have, be and do anything you wish if you have a working knowledge of the relationship between you and your Universe.
If you think this would be difficult, there is more good news:
You are already working with this fundamental axiom in your Life, everyday. It operates perfectly - and has since long before any of us were born. 'Now' is simply an opportunity to allow the awareness of this law to help bring our dreams into a crystallized form.
All things, Great and Infinitesimal, resonate in the realm of frequencies. All forms (including thought-forms) are made of an invisible, infinite substance that is, once it's impressed by mental blueprints, moulded into comprehensible patterns that are then projected onto the screen of consciousness. Each literally vibrating to the tune of its own song. Composing harmonics that are the back of the ever evolving simple creations to the ever evolving complex creations. This results in living the experiences of our world.
Vibration + Visualization = Manifestation
Vibration can also be called Frequency
Materialized forms can also be called Thoughts and Beliefs.
or
Thought + Physical Sensation + Emotion = Materialization
If you don't like what you see within your personal sphere think something new. Accompany this with a corresponding physical feeling and a corresponding emotion of your new Imagining. Borrow these new feelings from a past event and/or an anticipated future if you have to. Then, bring all of this into the only moment there is (The Ever-Now). Do this consistently, repeatedly, knowing that it is already true. This is how you can allow your subconscious, your faithful Life navigator, to accept reordered, fresh truths. Because this is how it gives you the phenomenal gift of the awareness of heaven-on-earth-right-now.
